Valley View was established in December 2004 by veterinarians, Dr. Barb Lee and Dr. Jody Strohbehn. They both studied veterinary medicine at Iowa State University and began practicing in Council Bluffs after graduation. They have been married since 1983 and have two children, Amber and Austin. Their daughter, Amber, graduated from Veterinary Medicine at Kansas State University in May 2021.
