Prestige Raintree Park Claimed

The Prestige Group’s new project, Prestige Raintree Park Phase 1, is situated on Whitefield Main Road in Bangalore’s east zone, across from Varthur Lake. The entire construction area is 107 acres, with Phase 1 covering more than 28 acres. Phase 1 includes 1368 sturdy apartments distributed across 18 stories. Each huge tower has two B+G+19 floors. The first phase of Prestige Raintree Park Floor Plan will be completed in 2024, with possession beginning in the second quarter of 2028. Prestige Raintree Park Phase 1 includes 3,4,5 BHK domiciles of varying sizes and prices. The floor specifications for Phase 1 condominiums range from 2005 to 3700 square feet.
