Settling in Colorado for most of her life, Laine’s love story continued when she married her high school sweetheart at 19. She gave birth to two beautiful kids while her husband was in the military. Together, they embarked on a unique adventure as they traveled across the United States and Germany, following her husband’s service in the military. The journey eventually led them back to the picturesque landscapes of Colorado, where they built a life together and welcomed two beautiful children into their family. Laine’s writing passion ignited during high school when she took a Creative Writing class. She held various jobs throughout her life, but none truly satisfied her, except for the roles she cherished the most – being a loving wife, mother, and, later, a grandmother. However, life had a profound wake-up call in store for her in her 40s when she faced a brain aneurysm
